Computer Lab
Innovate of perish, invent and cherish" has become the most frequently chanted mantra in the corporate world today. Be dynamic or die, is clear and simple call of time. In the light of globalization of Indian economy and capitulation of Indian perfect management "Gurukul" for a learner and a future manager. Modern, well lit and airy classrooms with latest teaching aids like, LCD, OHP, T.V., State of art Library with several books and periodicals in various fields of management & information technology along with a reading hall. Well equipped conference room, auditorium and LAB connected with a LAN. The entire campus as also the hostels are Wi-Fi enabled.

All students should produce their identity cards and should enter the incoming and outgoing timing in the register.
Shoes shall be kept outside before entering the computer lab.
The Students should not remain absent from the lectures and be working in the lab.
The Students are not allowed to move attach, detach the hardware equipments- Printers, Cable, Mouse, Monitor etc.
The Students are not allowed to do their personal work beside their regular practical.
The Students are not allowed to load any external software without prior permission of the lab in charge.
The Students should maintain silence in the lab.
No Floppy Disk, CD or Pen Drive shall be allowed in the computer lab directly. They should first get it checked and scanned whether it is free of viruses.

Library
The International Institute of Management & HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (WOMEN) has a well-equipped library.

It is veritably "Knowledge Bank." It has books, Journals and periodicals along with CDs . IIMHRD has an established and a very effective educational resource support system, which is extensively used by student and staff.

Following are the essential details of our library at IIMHRD:

Library Timing :9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Library Membership:
Two-passport size photograph, kindly fill up the membership form & membership card in the library.
We have over 2000 books Periodicals (Both national & International)in the Library

Circulation system:
Each student can be issued three books against their library card and have to return them after 15 days. It there is no claim on the book then they can renew it. Journals and periodicals are only for reference.
System for Fines :
Late fine 15 days The amount is collected in Account dept. In case of loss of a book by any member, he/she has to pay the price of the book or replace it with new book from the market

Hostel Facility
A fully residential campus with separate girls hostel with adequate capacity is available for all the admitted students. Mess - Not available from Institute but several mess options from external 3rd Party are available.
The approximate cost will be Rs. 2,000/- to Rs. 2,500/-
Hostel facility for students is compulsory for both the years.

 

Facilities included in the hostel
Bed, table, chair, mattress, cupboard, pillow, internet connectivity24 hrs.
Each room is three seater and adequate parking and recreation space available
House keeping facility is available daily.
Laundry service is also available but separate payment with the laundry department has to be done by the students.
Hot and cold water facility along with potable water facility.
Security guard and hostel rector for each hostel.
